While South Africa is our core market, the business is expanding its footprint through strategic partnerships and project pipelines across the region. Our OpCo-led model integrates project origination, capital structuring, construction management, asset management, and operational execution, enabling disciplined delivery, strong long-term performance, and scalable growth in markets where reliable power is critically needed.
Thrive Renewables maintains a strong and expanding pipeline of utility-scale renewable and BESS projects across Southern Africa, with more than $200 million of projects progressing toward construction and financial close and a further $500 million in active development. Focused on long-term contracted infrastructure solutions for municipal and commercial energy users, the platform is positioned to scale operations while addressing growing demand for reliable power and grid stability across the region.
